Every bag is personalised, so we can't accept returns unless it arrives faulty or damaged. If anything isn't right, message us, and we'll put it right.

Ans: Gold or Silver [or Black]. Silver foil isn't offered on the Silver bag.
Q: Is it a Santa sack?
Ans: It's a rope-handled paper gift bag. It's a good size for children's presents, but it isn't a fabric Santa sack.
Q: Can I use a different name on each bag?
Ans: Yes. Order each bag separately with its own wording.

Ans: Yes. It's made from 210 gsm card with rope handles, so it can be used again.
