What you get

• A thick matte gift bag: made from 210 gsm matte cardstock, with soft rope handles that are sturdy and comfortable to carry.

• A personalised 12cm x 12cm waterproof sticker: choose from 4 designs and add your own message. One sticker per bag.

• Sticker already applied: your bag arrives ready to fill. If you'd rather apply the sticker yourself, we can supply it separately.

• 3 sizes and 4 colours: white, black, pink or red.

• Sticker-only option: for your own bags, boxes or wrapping.

A note on the sticker

The sticker is waterproof and made to stay put. It isn't designed to be removed: if you peel it off, it will be damaged and lose its stickiness, and it can sometimes lift part of the paper surface from the bag. If you'd like a bag you can reuse with a different message, order Sticker Only and apply it where you choose.

How to order

1. Choose your design and size, or Sticker Only.

2. Choose your bag colour.

3. Type the message you'd like on your sticker.

4. Check your spelling, then add to basket. Your order is made for you and dispatched in 2-3 working days.

Returns

Because every sticker is personalised, we can't accept returns unless your order arrives faulty or damaged. If anything isn't right, message us, and we'll put it right.

Q: Does the bag itself have my message on it?

Ans: Your message is printed on the sticker, which comes already stuck on the front of the bag.

Q: Does the sticker come already stuck on?

Ans: Yes. If you'd prefer to apply it yourself, we can supply the sticker separately.

Q: Is the sticker waterproof?

Ans: Yes. It's made to stay on the bag.

Q: Can I peel the sticker off?

Ans: It isn't designed to be removed. Peeling it off damages the sticker; it loses its stickiness, and it can sometimes lift some of the bag's paper surface.

Q: Can I order a sticker without a bag?

Ans: Yes. Choose Sticker Only and use it on your own bag, box or wrapping.

Q: How many stickers do I get?

Ans: One sticker per bag. Or, if you need more, you can order

Ans: Yes. Order each bag separately with its own message.

Q: When should I order for Christmas?
